All orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday from 10am – 6pm.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will ship the following week.

All domestic shipments are shipped via USPS and will require a signature upon delivery if the contents is $500+.

Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please email if you’d like your order shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 Second Day – delivers in 2 business day


 Standard – delivers in 2-5 business days

All international shipments are shipped via UPS Worldwide who provide customs clearance and door-to-door delivery service within 1-3 business days.

The price of international shipment varies on location and is calculated later and invoiced via email.

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

Please e-mail for all returns and exchanges to receive a Return Authorization number, with the subject of your e-mail as Return or Exchange with your order number.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.  

How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

We accept returns or exchanged for unworn jewelry within 15 days of delivery. 


How can I exchange an item?

If you are interested in exchanging an item, please return the original item purchased, and you will be issued a refund minus the shipping charge. You can then place a new order or a secure invoice can be e-mailed to you. We do not cover the shipping cost for domestic and international exchanges.


Can I drop off an item in person for a return or exchange?

Sorry, we are not accepting drop-offs for any returns or exchanges at this time.



How long does it take to receive my refund?

All refunds will be processed minus the shipping charge within 1-3 days of receipt at our studio. We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to Jolie Altman.


What items are Final Sale?

All items marked final sale within the body of the copy or items purchased during special promotional events cannot be returned.


Can I return an item from the Jolie Altman Luxe Collection?

All 10k, 18k, diamond and platinum pieces may be returned for store credit. No refunds are eligible for luxe jewelry. 






For all repair inquiries, please email . Please include your name, description, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase.

If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you an RA number and shipping instructions. Repairs take 4-6 weeks to complete.

All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
