All orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday from 10am – 6pm.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will ship the following week.
All domestic shipments are shipped via USPS and will require a signature upon delivery if the contents is $500+.
Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please email joliealtman@aol.com if you’d like your order shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

All international shipments are shipped via UPS Worldwide who provide customs clearance and door-to-door delivery service within 1-3 business days.
The price of international shipment varies on location and is calculated later and invoiced via email.
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

REPAIRS

For all repair inquiries, please email joliealtman.com . Please include your name, description, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase.
If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you an RA number and shipping instructions. Repairs take 4-6 weeks to complete.
All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
